The Social Dialogue Project with Inditex and H&M aimed to create a bridge between employee representatives, employers and employees, and to systematically address and resolve the issues of wishes, complaints and suggestions.
The focus of the project is to select employee representatives from every department in production, to provide training to these people in a way that these representatives are included in the project and master the issues that may pose potential conflicts and problems, and to produce faster solutions by communicating these conflicts and problems to the management. In the representative meetings to be held by the representatives, the problems in the field are transferred to the management and the management decisions are transferred to the employees, ensuring the development of the dialogue between the employer and the employee in this project.
