One of the other industries that our group has invested in is the real estate industry. We started investing in the real estate industry with a project in 2016 with our company in Germany, Cross Jeanswear GmbH. Our project has started in Berlin.

Our total salable & rentable area is 7200 m2 and our project, which consists of 71 residential and commercial areas, stands out as the most remarkable project in the region.
